Snow-ville

Originally named as a joke by the man who discovered it, Snow-ville is a sizable town built around a large magical cylendar that generates a barrier of heat. Inside the barrier, tempetures are high enough to allow grass to grow and snow to melt. But, directly outside of the barrier, the tempeture immediatly spiked back down to bellow freezing! Magic-users must maintain the barrier 24/7.
