Appearence:
Phase 1: Short, only being 5ft exact. Hair to about mid back, light brown with pink highlights. Sapphire blue eyes. She wears a white long sleeve T-shirt with a pink star on the shoulders. Her skirt goes to around her knees, with the hem being decorated pink. Her shoes are pink flip flops.

Phase 2: Starr grows Ice blue wings, and gets a light blue tint to her skin and clothes. Her pink starts to turn purple, and her eyes start to twinkle more. Her feet turning into talons, and her arms start getting a blueish aurora, dancing like ice.

Phase3: Starr turns into a full phoenix, with light blue feathers and dark blue on her head. Her eyes still keep that blue tint, but it is borderline black. In phoenix form, she is even small, able to dart around with ease.


Skills, Magic, and Abilities: Starr has basic power over Ice and water, but mainly focuses on the Ice aspect. She can make small ice pillars, shoot an ice ball, or make a small ice wave. She can make walkways of ice or shields of ice, though the ice can melt pretty easily.In phase 2, the ice ball can either be bigger or a shotgun like blast. She can create multiple pillars and her waves are wider. Her walls of ice are stronger. Phase 3, she can manipulate Ice to her will, though it is not as strong as it is in phase 2. She is much faster and nimbler. In this state, she is also more calm.

Personallity: Starr is a shy girl and gets nervous easily. When nervous, she tends to squirm and say stupid things. She is nice, and has an okay, but is always happy to help. She tends to stay away from others, unless she really likes them. She loves to cook, always trying new things, whether the final product turns out to be good or bad.

History: Starr was usually alone throughout her life, and never really talked with other people. After her boyfriend died of a sickness, Starr left to live in the forest, living her day.

Other Information: She likes cute things.
Her favorite colors are Pink, white, and blue.
She is flustered easily.
She likes sweet food.
Can be childish.

So I guess her old boyfriend was also her master? Intresting.... So no matter what, if she ever meets another man he'll kind-of be taking her boyfriend's place in a sense?
